Tracy Luttrell is a Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase (JPMC).  In her current role, Tracy oversees the Firmwide Corporate Flood Program and the Flood Vendor Oversight team.  She is a seasoned Flood Insurance Specialist with over 8 years of Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA) insurance expertise.  Ms. Luttrell is well-versed in insurance and proficient in current flood regulations, standards, and best practices to comply with the FDPA.  In 2019, Tracy co-authored the JMPC internal Private Flood Insurance Final Ruling White Paper.  As a Flood SME, she is responsible for presenting loan files with complex commercial insurance to federal regulators during annual bank exams.

 

Prior to joining JPMC, Tracy was a captive insurance agent for Allstate Insurance for 6 years as well as an independent insurance agent for 2 years with underwriting authority with more than sixteen insurance carriers. During this time, she was licensed and certified with Texas General Lines - Property & Casualty Insurance, Life, Accident, & Health and Voluntary Inspection Program (VIP) Inspector.

 

Tracy currently resides in Dallas, Texas and spent a large part of her childhood with family in Mérida, Yucatán.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son (Chris), her eight nieces and nephews and her two Shih Tzus (Dewy and Ella Mae).
