Cynthia is Vice President of Client Relations, Government Affairs and Marketing at Taurus Flood and has been with the company since 2008. She has 36 years of flood insurance experience and is responsible for the client executive team, marketing, overall FEMA relationship, and provides executive oversight of NFIP and flood related legislative activities. Prior to Taurus Flood, Cynthia was at Travelers, one of the largest P&C insurers and former top 5 writer of flood insurance for 27 years, where she was responsible for the Travelers flood business from 1988 until 2008.

 

With more than 40 years of insurance industry experience Cynthia has served in leadership and contributing positions on a number of industry associations, committees and work groups. She holds the designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI); and is a licensed property casualty insurance agent.
