Tara has 30 years of experience in flood insurance, all dedicated to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). As Senior Vice President of Compliance & Agency Training and Principal Flood Coordinator, she serves as the liaison between Wright Flood and FEMA, providing oversight of NFIP compliance and program governance.

 

Her experience includes oversight of key flood operations functions, including underwriting, regulatory initiatives, customer advocacy, claims, and marketing. Tara’s deep NFIP expertise and long‑standing compliance leadership support strong governance, regulatory alignment, and enterprise risk oversight.
